Special Needs Teacher
Description

We are looking for compassionate and experienced Special Needs Teachers to support students with diverse learning needs by developing inclusive education plans and providing individualized learning support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
  • Support students with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities.
  • Work closely with parents, therapists, and school staff.
  • Monitor and report student progress.
  • Maintain accurate student records.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Education, or related field.
  • Teacher Registration (or eligible for Australian registration).
  • Experience working with children with additional needs.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Police Clearance.
  • First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred).
