Early Childhood Educator
Description

We are seeking caring and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators to support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children in childcare centres, preschools, and early learning environments. You will create engaging educational activities while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning programs.
  • Support children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Observe and document children's progress.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and policies.
Qualifications
  • Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with young children.
  • Previous childcare experience preferred.
  • Police Clearance.
