Description

We are looking for caring and dedicated Aged Care Workers to support elderly residents in residential aged care facilities and community care settings across Australia

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily personal care.
  • Support mobility and transfers.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
  • Administer basic medications (where qualified).
  • Monitor health and wellbeing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Maintain accurate care documentation.
Qualifications
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing).
  • Previous aged care experience preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient nature.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (if applicable).
  • COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination.
  • Good English communication skills.
